VMS Support information - how to get help

If the VMS is not working please perform your usual system checks locally.

If the issue persists, contact BSO or phone a helpdesk to ask for a Vfire ticket to be raised on your behalf. From there, your ticket will be triaged by BSO 2nd line support and, if necessary, a help desk ticket raised with the software provider, Kainos, for further investigation.

The service support team will reply by phone or email.
